If you do not know what your password is, or if you wish to change your existing password, click on the Password Help link on http://app.customshow.com.
In the CustomShow Desktop Viewer, you can do the same thing by clicking on Recover Password on the landing page.
In the CustomShow iPad App, you can do the same thing by tapping on Account Help.
After entering your e-mail address, you will receive a message from email@example.com with a link provided in it. Click on this link to open up a new page where you will be prompted to enter a new password.
This password is used across the CustomShow suite of applications.
