Contacting CustomShow Support

CustomShow is constantly evolving, and we take Customer Feedback very seriously.

When issues are encountered, we will act as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.

To submit a bug or add feedback for CustomShow, users can submit a request by clicking on the Submit a Request link in the top panel of our Help Center.

Please ensure that all requests and email requests contain the following information to allow our Support Staff to assist you as efficiently as possible:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address & additional contact information
  • Your company/employer
  • Time and Date of issue (if applicable)
  • Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)
  • Steps taken when encountering issue (if applicable)

All requests are addressed within 48 hours.

We will provide you with an email sent from our Support system which can be responded to. This will allow you to add additional comments and information, or reply to requests/comments from our Support Staff.
