CustomShow displays a list of all relevant notifications for users, based on the comments added by group Administrators during updates.
Any content updates made by Administrators to presentations in the CustomShow Library can be commented on for all users to view.
The Notifications button in the top panel of CustomShow displays an indicator to inform the user of any unread notifications.
Clicking on the Notifications button will display a listing of all comments. Each comment is connected to corresponding updated slides, which can be viewed as well.
Clicking on a comment in the Notifications window will display the following:
- The comment created when publishing the changes.
- The slides that were published and changed. The user must select the slide in the message window in order to see...
- A thumbnail of the slide that was published
- Any personal presentations which were affected by this publish
Notifications are a simple way to keep users informed of updates and changes made to Library content. Each user can then choose to remove the notifications after viewing if necessary.
