Installing from the App Store

App Store

Open the “App Store” from the iOS Home Screen.

From the App Store, tap on the Search field in the top-right corner of the screen.
Enter “customshow” and tap “Search”. The results will display as below.

Tap “Install” next to the App for “CustomShow”.

(Please Note: “CustomShow LE” App is an older version.)

CustomShow iPad User Guide

Logging In

Launch the CustomShow iPad App from the iPad Home Screen.

Enter your Email Address and password used for CustomShow Online by tapping on each field and entering the correct information.

  • If you do not know your Password, go to app.customshow.com and click “Password Help

Once this is complete, tap on the “Sign In” Button.

Retrieving SlideShows

Once the App is loaded, CustomShow will display a List on the left side of the screen.

Tap on the “All” Filter to view all of the content available for the logged in account.

The CustomShow App requires a SlideShow to be downloaded before it can be viewed Tapping on any available SlideShow will display the SlideShow’s thumbnail and a “Tap to Download” button.

Tapping on this will begin the download process.

After a SlideShow completes the download process, the SlideShow Thumbnail will display two buttons:

  • View: Tap to view the SlideShow in Full-Screen
  • Clear: Tap to clear the currently selected SlideShow from the App

As long as content has been downloaded to the iPad, the CustomShow App does not require an Internet Connection to view SlideShows.

When the CustomShow iPad App is offline, the SlideShow List will display [OFFLINE] above the available SlideShows.

Viewing SlideShows

Tapping on “View” for any available SlideShow will load the first slide in Full Screen.

Tapping on the left or right of the screen will navigate to the previous or next slide in the presentation, respectively.

Sliding your finger up or down on the slide will move the view to the Navigation View (as seen below) where the user can return to the SlideShow List or view the SlideShow’s Thumbnails for navigation purposes.

Sharing SlideShows

It is also possible to Share a SlideShow with a recipient.

Tap on the icon on the top-right corner of the view, then enter an Email Address when prompted.

Tap “Submit” to send out a notification Email to the Recipient that the specified SlideShow has been shared, and can be viewed in the link provided.
